(IND) Certificate transactions (form) [AX 2012]

Applies To: Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2

Click General ledger > Setup > Withholding tax > India > Recoverable certificates. Select a certificate and click Inquiry > Transactions.

Use this form to view the details of Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) or Tax Collected at Source (TCS) transactions that are updated for the selected certificate number.

The following table provides descriptions for the controls in this form.

Field

Description

Date

The date of the TCS or TDS transaction.

Voucher

The voucher number of the TCS or TDS transaction.

Source

The module that the withholding tax is attached to.

Account

The account number of the vendor or customer that the certificate is received from.

Name

The name of the vendor or customer that the certificate is received from.

Amount

The invoice amount for the certificate.

Tax amount

The tax amount for the certificate.

Certificate number

The certificate number of the transaction.

Certificate date

The validation date of the certificate.
