(IND) View goods receipt notes

Click Accounts payable > Inquiries > Journals > Product receipt.
For more information about this form, see Product receipt journal (form).
Click Goods receipt note.
In the Goods receipt note form, on the Overview FastTab, select a record, and then, on the Lines FastTab, view the goods receipt note details.
On the Overview FastTab, click Show, and then select one of the following options:
Copy – View an updated list of the goods or services that are included in the purchase order.
Original – View the original list of goods or services that are included in the purchase order.
Use print management – Print the goods receipt note.
Close the form.
Note
The goods receipt note does not affect the calculation of sales tax. However, you can create a query to view the quantity of the goods that are ordered, received, accepted, or rejected.
