(IND) Standard quantity (form)

Click Inventory management > Setup > EXIM > SION. In the SION form, on the Lines FastTab, click SION Items. In the SION Items form, select a product that is assigned a basis of Standard quantity, and then click Standard quantity.
Use this form to define the criteria to use to calculate the allowed quantity for items that are set up for Standard Input Output Norms (SION). This quantity is added to the quantity of other items to calculate the total quantity of input items for the SION.

Fields

Description |

Quantity |
The number of units of raw material that are used in the finished product. The value in this field is copied from the Quantity field in the SION Items form. |
Allowed quantity |
The quantity of the item that you can import duty-free to use in the finished product. The value in this field is copied from the Allowed quantity field in the SION Items form and is calculated by using the following formula: SION Quantity * (Quantity or Calculated quantity/Standard quantity) |
Item number |
The identification number of the SION input item that is used in creating a finished product. The value in this field is copied from the Item number field in the SION Items form. |
Unit |
The unit of measure for the selected product. The value in this field is copied from the Unit field in the SION Items form. |
Standard quantity |
Enter the standard quantity of input goods that is allowed for import, based on the SION table. |
SION quantity |
Enter the actual quantity of input goods that is allowed, based on the standard quantity value. |
Variance percentage |
Enter the maximum variance percentage that is allowed between the standard quantity of input goods and the SION quantity of input goods. |
Calculated quantity |
The actual quantity of input goods that is allowed. This value is calculated by using the following formula: Standard quantity + (Standard quantity * Variance percentage /100) |
