(LTU) Set up items to exclude from the Intrastat reports

You can exclude transactions involving certain items from the Intrastat table.

Note

This topic has not been fully updated for Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2.

  1. Click Product information management > Common > Released products. Double-click on a product to open the Released product details form.

  2. Press CTRL+N to create an item, or select an existing item.

    Note

    For more information, see "Create an item" in the Applications and Business Processes Help.

  3. Click the Foreign trade tab.

  4. Select the Exclude check box to exclude the item from the XML Intrastat reports.

  5. Press CTRL+S or close the form.

    Note

    When you click Transfer – LT in the Intrastat form, the transactions marked as Exclude are not added to the Intrastat table.
