(RUS) Tax registration number search criteria (form)

Click Home > Common > Global address book. On the Global address book list page, on the Action Pane, in the Registration group, click Registration number search.
Use this form to search for party records based on a party’s role, country/region, and registration type.

The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.

Select a party record type. The records that are displayed in the grid are filtered based on your selection. |
Current company only |
Select this check box to include only the records that are assigned to the company or organization that you are currently working in. |

Registration type |
Select the tax registration type that is assigned to party records. The tax registration type is assigned by the tax authority. |
Country/region |
Select the country/region to which the tax registration type is assigned. |
Registration number |
Enter the tax registration number that is assigned to party records. This number is assigned by the Russian tax authority. |
Company name |
The identification number of the company or organization that the party record is assigned to. |
Party ID |
The identification number that is assigned to the selected party record. |
Name |
The name of the selected party record. |
Account number |
The selected party’s account number in the company or organization. |
RoleType |
For the record that is selected in the global address book list, the type of party record that is associated with the company or organization on the same line. |
