(RUS) Create, post, and print a by-product journal from a route card journal

Use the Production journal lines, route card form to record material and resource consumption. Route cards provide feedback about the time that is associated with the operations resource. You can add additional operations and record information, such as time consumption, cost categories, the number of functional items, and the number of defective items. The site from the production order is entered on the route card journal line. The site cannot be changed.

  1. Click Production control > Journals > Route card. Click Lines to open the Production journal lines, route card form.

  2. In the Production field, select the production order.

  3. In the Error quantity field, enter the quantity of the defective items that are associated with the current production operation.

  4. Click the General tab.

  5. In the Oper. No. field, modify the operation number of the production order route that the defective item was received from, if modification is required.

  6. In the Kind of by-product field, select the type of by-product.

  7. Click the Report as finished tab, and then, in the Warehouse field, enter the name of the warehouse for the defective item.

  8. Click Validate to validate the journal.

  9. Click Post to post and print the journal.
