(RUS) Temporary closing-down (form)

Click Fixed assets (Russia) > Common > Fixed assets. Select a fixed asset, and then click History > Temporary closing-down.

Use this form to view transactions pertaining to temporary shut-down and reactivation of fixed assets. If a fixed asset is closed down or inactive for more than 3 months, or if refurbishment of the asset is conducted for more than 12 months, calculation of depreciation is suspended. Depreciation calculation resumes when the fixed asset is placed back into service.

Note

Depreciation is not accrued when the status of the fixed asset is Temporary closing-down.

Start date

The start date of the temporary shut-down period.

Note

This date is automatically updated when the status of the asset is changed from Exploitation to Temporary closing-down.

Finish date

The end date of the temporary shut-down period.

Note

This date is automatically updated when the status of the asset is changed from Temporary closing-down to Operation.

Date

The date when the last change was made for the fixed asset.

Time

The time of the day when the temporary shut-down transaction was created or updated.

User ID

The user who created the temporary shut-down transaction.
