Screenings (form)
Applies To: Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2
Use this form to assign screenings to workers or applicants. For example, you can assign a one-time drug screening to an applicant that is required to begin work.
Note
This form is available only if Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2 or AX 2012 R3 is installed.
Click Human resources > Common > Workers > Workers. Select a worker. On the Action Pane, on the Worker tab, in the Related information group, click on the Personal information menu, click Screenings.

Click Human resources > Common > Recruitment > Applicants. Select an applicant. On the Action Pane, on the Applicant tab, in the Related information group, on the Personal information menu, click Screenings.

The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.

Screening |
The screening type assigned to the applicant or worker. Screening types are created and maintained in the Screening types (form) and cannot be changed on this form. |

The description of the screening type. Screening type descriptions are maintained in the Screening types (form) and cannot be changed on this form. |
Required by |
The final date when the screening can be completed before it is considered overdue. Note If the screening type is set up to automatically recur and it is based on the Required by date, the Required by date on the new screening will be determined by this entry. For example, if an annual screening is completed on January 16, 2014, 1but is not due until January 31, 2014, the next recurrence will be scheduled for January 31, 2015. |
Status |
The status of the screening type. If the screening type is set up to automatically recur, a new screening will be created for this person when the status changes from Not complete to any other value and the Completed date is entered for the first time. |
Completed |
The date when the screening was completed. If the screening type is set up to automatically recur, and if the recurrence is based on the Completed date, the Required by date of the new test will be determined by this entry, regardless of whether the person passed or failed the screening. For example, if the annual screening was completed on January 16, 2014, but was not due until January 31, 2014, the next recurrence will be scheduled for January 16, 2015. |

Enter additional information about the screening. This field is for information only. The notes do not appear on any other forms or reports. |
