Pay statement earnings (form)
Applies To: Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2
Click Payroll > Inquiries > Pay statement earnings.
Use this form to view payroll pay statement amounts related to earnings. You can export the data to Microsoft Excel to analyze the data or to create custom reports.

This topic describes functionality that is available only if the Payroll - USA configuration key is selected.

Worker Personnel number |
To view amounts for a specific worker, press CTRL+G, click in the Worker filter field, type a first name followed by an asterisk, and press Enter. For example, enter diane*. For more information, see Advanced filtering and query options. |
Pay statement |
The pay statement that the earnings amount was included in. |
Pay cycle |
The pay cycle that includes the pay period that the pay statement covers. |
Pay period |
The pay period that the pay statement covers. |
Date |
The accounting date of the pay statement earning line. |
Earning code Description |
The earning that is reported on the pay statement line. |
Quantity Rate Amount |
The quantity and the rate for the earning are multiplied together to calculate the amount of the earning. |
Position |
The position that the earning is for. |
Tax region |
The tax region for the earning. |
General liability insurance Workers' compensation code |
This earning line will be used as part of the calculation basis when the specified general liability insurance benefit or workers’ compensation benefit is calculated. |
Pay statement line source |
The document or process that the pay statement earning line originated from. It is usually an earnings statement. |
