Case category type security (form)
Applies To: Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2
Click Organization administration > Setup > Cases > Case category type security.
Use this form to assign security roles to case category types. These assignments ensure that only specific user roles can access specified cases and the case information that is related to them.
For example, you might grant access to only the Human resource assistant and the Human resource manager security roles for cases that have a category type of Human resources.
