(RUS) Update an electronic reporting document [AX 2012]

Use the Version form to update an electronic reporting document after you import the report data.

  1. Click General ledger > Reports > External > Electronic documents list.

  2. Select the document, and then click View.


    The View button is available only for documents that have a status of Received, Approved, or Finished.

  3. Click Edit > Restore, and then click Open to restore the original values.


    You can restore the values only before you click Edit > New or Edit > Save.

  4. Click Edit > Save to save any changes in the current version of the document. After you save the file, you cannot restore the original values or update the document versions.

  5. Click Edit > New, and then in the Note line field, enter a description for the version.

  6. Click OK, and then click Open. A new version of the document is opened in the Version form. This version replaces the previous version of the document.
