Use the Copy from template form to copy document template settings from an existing document template to a blank document template.
Click General ledger > Setup > Financial reports generator > Document templates.
Click New, and then in the Template field, enter an identification number for the document template.
In the Format version field, select the format version number of the document template.
Click Functions > Copy from template.
In the From template field, select the document template that you want to copy the template requisites from.
Select the Include new structure check box to include the new version of the format structure.
Click OK to copy the template requisites.
