RG23C is a statutory register maintained by a manufacturing unit to record the details of the purchase and sale of capital goods, in terms of quantity and excise duty that is applicable.
Part I of the RG23C register is updated with the quantity of the capital goods, and Part II of the RG23C register is updated with the excise amount.
