Fixed asset packing slip – Select to print the fixed asset packing slip.

Description

Journal number

Displays the ledger journal batch number.

Reverse journal number

Displays the reverse journal number.

Packing slip

Displays the packing slip number is displayed.

Department

The department that the fixed asset is moved from.

Department

The department that the fixed asset is moved to.

Carrier type

Displays the type of carrier.

Carrier

Displays the carrier account number.

Driver

Displays the code of the vehicle driver.

Driver’s name

Displays the selected driver's name.

Model

Displays the model of the transportation vehicle.

Reg. No.

Displays the registration number of the vehicle.

Trailer Reg. No.

Displays the trailer registration number of the vehicle.

Numbering

Select this option to include packing slip auto-numbering.

Document status

Displays the document status.

Include in packing slip registry

Select to include the packing slip in the packing slip registry.

Fixed asset number

Displays the fixed asset number.

Value model

Displays the value model code.

Description

Displays the description of the fixed asset.
