(POL) Create an interest note in foreign currency

Polish companies generate interest notes from invoices in foreign currencies and then send the invoices to their customers. You can define the setup to generate interest note proposals in the Interest calculation form.

  1. Click Accounts receivable > Periodic > Collections > Interest calculation.

  2. Select the Invoice check box to calculate interest on invoices.

  3. Enter the required details.

  4. Select the Tax interest check box to in order to calculate the tax interest.

  5. In the Note issue date field, select the date based on which the exchange rate is taken into account to convert interest and other additional fees from foreign currency to the default currency.

  6. Click OK to view or modify the interest note proposal lines in the Interest note form.
