Navigating the form

The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.

Tab	Description
Overview	View information about the generated TORG-13 invoice for internal transfer, movement of goods, and packaging related to report code, source journal number, report date, and amount.
General	View the information that is displayed on the Overview tab.
Lines	View transfer slip lines related to item number, ledger voucher number, inventory dimensions, quantity, unit price, and amount.

Button	Description
Show	Reprint the invoices for transfer.
Voucher	Open the Voucher transactions form to view the ledger transactions.
Inventory	Open a menu with the following items: Lot transactions – Open the Lot transactions form to view the inventory transactions on the lot. Dimension – Open the Inventory dimensions form to set up the dimensions that you want to work with.

Show

Reprint the invoices for transfer.

Voucher

Open the Voucher transactions form to view the ledger transactions.

Inventory

Open a menu with the following items:

Lot transactions – Open the Lot transactions form to view the inventory transactions on the lot.
Dimension – Open the Inventory dimensions form to set up the dimensions that you want to work with.

Field	Description
Report code	The unique identification code for the TORG-13 Invoice for Internal Transfer, Movement of Goods, and Packaging report.
Journal	The journal code for the TORG-13 Invoice for Internal Transfer, Movement of Goods, and Packaging report.
Date	The date of the TORG-13 Invoice for Internal Transfer, Movement of Goods, and Packaging report.
Amount	The amount stated in the TORG-13 Invoice for Internal Transfer, Movement of Goods, and Packaging report.
Report type	The report type shown as TORG-13 Invoice for Internal Transfer, Movement of Goods, and Packaging for the transfer slip.
Item number	The unique identification code when the item is created.
Quantity	The quantity of the item.
Unit price	The item price per unit that is used for posting.
Amount	The net amount of the item.
Voucher	The voucher number for the transaction.
