(RUS) Queries (form) [AX 2012]

Click General ledger > Setup > Financial reports generator > Queries.

Use this form to configure and update queries to retrieve values from database tables for electronic reporting. Configured queries are used to create values for fixed requisites that are used to customize document templates.

The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.

Description

Overview

View the query identification code and name, and the table that the query refers to.

General

Update the query name if required, and view the query and table details.

Query

View the query as a Structured Query Language (SQL) statement.

Button

Description

Query

Open the Inquiry form, where you can select the required related tables and set limits to field values.

Reset

Reset the query.

Create requisites

Open the Create requisites form, where you can create requisites.

Fixed requisites

Open the Fixed requisites form, where you can view the requisites with values that are created based on the query.

Field

Description

Query

The identification code for the query.

Name

Update the name of the query, if required.

Table

The name of the main query table.

Query type

The type of query. The options are Simple, VAT declaration, and Document requisites.

Table name

The table name.

SQL statement

The query as an SQL statement.
