(RUS) Requisites import (form)

Click General ledger > Setup > Financial reports generator > Fixed requisites. Click Import.

Use this form to import fixed requisites that are used to customize document templates.

Navigating the form

The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.

Button	Description
Select	Display the selected range of cells in the Requisite and Description fields.

Field	Description
File name	Enter the name and path of the Microsoft Excel file that the fixed requisites are imported from. The Excel worksheet is displayed in the lower pane of the form.
Requisite	Update the range of cells with requisite codes that are selected from the Excel worksheet. Note Select the requisite codes from the Excel worksheet, and then click Select next to the Requisite field. The selected range of cells is automatically displayed in the Requisite field.
Description	Update the range of cells with requisite descriptions that are selected from the Excel worksheet. Note Select the required requisite descriptions from the Excel worksheet, and then click Select next to the Description field. The selected range of cells is automatically displayed in the Description field.
