(RUS) Version (form) [AX 2012]

Click General ledger > Reports > External > Electronic documents list. Select a document that has a status of Received, Approved, or Finished, and then click View.

Use this form to create, update, and compare document versions.

The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.

Document

View the Microsoft Excel worksheet with data.

NoteNote

If the worksheet opens in a new window, you must update the system register to open the worksheet in the lower pane of the form. For more information, see (RUS) Update the system register for electronic reporting.

Requisites

View the requisite details.

Button

Description

Edit

Open a menu that contains the following items:

  • New – Open the Load version form, where you can create a new version of the document.

  • Save – Save changes that are made in the current version of the document.

  • Restore – Restore the original values.

    NoteNote

    You can restore the values only before you click Edit > New or Edit > Save.

  • Version – Open the Select version form, where you can view the details of the current document or compare the details with the earlier document versions.

Functions

Open a menu that contains the following items:

  • Compare – Open the Select version form, where you can compare and verify document versions.

  • Check – Verify that the values of requisites and sections in the selected version of the document are correct.

  • Cancel – Reverse any changes in the document.

Print

Open a menu that contains the following items:

  • Print – Print the current version of the document.

  • Open Microsoft Excel – Open the current version of the document in Excel.

Inquiries

Open a menu with the following item:

Data – Open the Data form, where you can view the requisite history for the selected requisite.

Select a document section code.

Requisite

The requisite code for the standard section.

Description

The description of the requisite.

Value

The requisite value.

Compare

The comparison results.

This field is available only when you click Functions > Compare to compare and verify document versions.

Difference

The differences in the compared document versions.

Error description

The error description.

This field is available only when you click Functions > Check to verify that the values of requisites and sections in the selected version of the document are correct.
