(RUS) Versions (form) [AX 2012]

Click General ledger > Reports > External > Electronic documents list. Click Versions.

Use this form to view the list of document versions for a selected document. All versions that are created for a document are displayed in a tree structure.

The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.

Overview

View the list of all versions that are created for the document, including the user who creates the document, the document type, and the name of the file that the version is imported from.

Tree

View the document versions in a tree structure.

Button

Description

Load

Open a menu that contains the following items:

  • File – Open the Load file form, where you can import data from a Microsoft Excel file.

  • Report – Open the Load report form, where you can import data for reports that are created by using the Financial reports generator (FRG).

  • Version – Open the Load version form, where you can import data from an earlier version of the document.

View

Open the Version form, where you can view and update the document versions.

This button is available only after data is imported from a file, report, or version.

Requisites

Open the Requisites form, where you can view a list of requisites and values for the document.

Document

Open the selected document version in Excel.

Set as current

Set the selected document as the current version.

Description

Created by

The logon identification number of the employee who creates the document.

Note line

The description of the document.

Type

The document version type.

File name

The name and path of the file that the version is uploaded from.

Calculation date

The date that that is used for reporting.

Created date and time

The date and time when the document is created.
