(EEUR) Cash transactions (form) [AX 2012]

Applies To: Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2

Click Cash and bank management > Common > Cash accounts. On the Action Pane, on the Cash account tab, in the Transactions group, click Cash transactions.

Use this form to view cash transactions for a cash account. You can view all transactions that have statuses of Confirmed, Approved, or Rejected.

The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.

View all cash transactions for the selected cash account.

General

View general details for the selected cash transaction.

Ledger

View account details for the selected cash transaction.

Officials

View the names and positions that are printed on the cash order report.

Document

View documents, such as cash reimbursement slips and cash disbursement slips, that are associated with the cash transaction.

Financial dimensions

View the financial dimensions for the cash transaction.

View the movement of cash transactions in the ledger account.

Original document

View the origin of the transaction.

Fields

Description

Cash

The number of the cash account.

Date

The transaction date.

Voucher

The voucher number in the general ledger.

Approval status

The current approval status of the cash document in the journal.

Document type

The type of cash transaction.

Order number

The number of the cash document.

Currency

The code for the transaction currency.

Amount in transaction currency

The transaction amount, in the currency of the transaction.

Amount

The transaction amount, in the accounting currency.

Reason code

The reason for the transaction.

Reason comment

The description of the reason.

Account type

The type of account that the transaction is applied to.

Posted

If this check box is selected, the transaction is posted.

Position, Title, and Employee name

The names, positions, and titles to print on the cash order report for the current cash transaction.

Document

The document number.

Document date

The transaction date.

VAT value

The value of the value-added tax (VAT) for the document.

Sales tax value

The sales tax value of the document.

Representative type

The customer, vendor, or worker who withholds the cash payment.

Representative

The name of the person who withholds a cash payment.

Notes

The notes that are associated with the transaction.
