Every Estonian citizen has a unique identification number, which is the personal ID code given at birth. Within the company, this code can be used, for example, to avoid duplication of data or for payroll purposes. You can also record the identification number as the business registration number for a customer.

  1. Click Accounts receivable > Common > Customers > All customers.

  2. Press CTRL+N to create a new customer, or select a customer to define the registration number for.

  3. On the General tab, in the Registration number field, enter the customer registration number.

  4. Press CTRL+S or close the form.
