(IND) Enter token numbers for withholding tax statements

You can record token numbers for the Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) statements and Tax Collected at Source (TCS) statements that are filed. When you generate the following statements, the statements are automatically listed in the Token numbers form. You must then manually enter the token number for each statement.

  • Form 26Q

  • Form 27Q

  • Form 27EQ

  1. For TDS statements: Click General ledger > Periodic > India withholding tax > TDS token numbers.

    For TCS statements: Click General ledger > Periodic > India withholding tax > TCS token numbers.

  2. Select the statement to enter a token number for.

  3. In the Token number field, enter the token number for the statement.
