(JPN) Set up a consolidated invoice for a customer

Description

Phonetic name

Enter the phonetic name of the customer.

Consolidation day

Enter a numeric value from 1 to 31 to set the consolidation date. If the consolidation date is set to 0 (zero), the customer’s invoices are not consolidated. If the last day of the month falls on a date with a number that is less than the numeric value that you have specified, then the invoices are consolidated on the last business day of the month. For example, if you specify 31 for the consolidation date, and the current month has fewer than 31 days, the invoices are consolidated on the last business day of that month. Therefore, the invoices for June 2012 are consolidated on June 29, 2012, because that is the last business day of the month (June 30, 2012, falls on a Saturday).

Note

This field is available only if you select the Consolidated invoice for customer check box in the Accounts receivable parameters form.
