Companies must file a consumption tax report to meet the reporting requirements of the Japanese Taxation Authority. You can print the official tax form and use the calculation sheet to calculate the values that are required for the official tax form. You must set accounts for bad debt for Consumption tax reporting.

Note

In the General ledger parameters form, select the Consumption tax reports check box to activate the parameter for Japanese consumption tax reporting.
