Use the Inventory and warehouse management parameters form to set up storno accounting transactions to update quantities of production items when you calculate the costs of production orders.

  1. Click Inventory management > Setup > Inventory and warehouse management parameters.

  2. Select the Storno for physical posting check box to create a storno accounting transaction to update the quantities of production items when you calculate the cost of a production order.
