(RUS) Print transport tax declaration (form)

Use this form to specify the settings for when you print the transport tax declaration.

Open the form

  1. Click Fixed assets (Russia) > Journals > Tax register journal.

  2. Click Print > Transport tax.

    Note

    This option is available only if you select Years in the Period types field in the Tax register journal form.

    –or–

    Click Print > Advance payment.

    Note

    This option is available only if you select Months, Quarter, or Half-Yearly in the Period types field in the Tax register journal form.

The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.

Select all

Include all of the Russian Classification of Objects of Administrative Division (RCOAD) codes in the transport tax declaration.

Deselect all

Remove RCOAD codes from the assessed tax declaration.

Fields

Document type

Select the transport tax declaration type from the following options:

  • Primary – The declaration is the original version.

  • Correctional – The declaration is a corrected version of the original version.

By place

Select the company location that you are submitting the declaration from:

  • of Russian organization being – A declaration is created with information for all fixed assets that are registered at the head office and separate divisions. The head office information is printed on the title page.

  • of detached department being – A separate declaration is created for each separate division for which the Independent check box is selected in the Separate divisions form. Individual fixed asset declarations are created for the head office and separate divisions, and the information that pertains to the head office is printed on the title page.

Representative

Select an authorized representative in the list of company employees.

Reorganization (liquidation)

Select this check box to specify that the prepared declaration is the final version before restructuring of your company.

Export declaration

Select this check box to export the declaration based on the settings that you specify in the Document templates form.

Template

Select the template to use for electronic reporting of the transport tax declaration.

FA inventory number

Select the identification of the fixed asset to include in the transport tax declaration.

Department

Select the identification of the department to print the declaration for.

Name

The description of the department.

Value model

The value model that is assigned to the fixed asset that is included in the declaration.
