(RUS) Create the bill of lading and print the 1-T bill of lading report

You can generate the 1-T bill of lading report from a sales order along with a TORG-12 or M-15 report. The 1-T bill of lading report can also be generated from the Posting invoice form.

  1. Click Accounts receivable > Common > Sales orders > All sales orders.

  2. Press CTRL+N to create a sales order.

  3. Click the Invoice tab, and then click Invoice to open the Posting invoice form.

  4. Select the Bill of lading check box to print the 1-T bill of lading (facture) report.

  5. In the lower pane, click the Bill of lading tab, and then, in the Type field, select the type of license card.

  6. In the Registration number field, enter the registration number for the license card.

  7. In the Series field, enter the series for the license card.

  8. In the Number field, enter the number of the license card.

  9. In the Carrier type field, select the type of carrier.

  10. In the Carrier field, select the carrier company.

    Note

    Based on the type of carrier that is selected, you can select a customer account or a vendor account in the Carrier field. However, you cannot select a carrier company if you select Invoice account in the Carrier type field.

  11. In the Delivery date field, select the delivery date for the items.

  12. In the Model field, select the carrier vehicle model.

  13. In the Reg. No. field, enter the registration number of the vehicle.

  14. In the Waybill field, enter the waybill number for the shipment.

  15. In the Driver's name field, enter the name of the driver of the vehicle.

  16. In the Driving license field, enter the driving license number of the driver.

  17. In the Type field, select the type of transport.

  18. Click OK to generate the 1-T bill of lading (facture) report. For more information, see Sales posting (form).
