Navigating the form

The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.

Tab	Description
Overview	View the transactions pertaining to changes to service life and depreciation of a fixed asset.
General	View specific details for the transaction selected in the Overview tab.

Field	Description
Date	The date of the transaction.
Old lifetime	The old service life value of the fixed asset.
New lifetime	The new service life value of the fixed asset.
Old factor	The old depreciation factor for the fixed asset.
New factor	The new depreciation factor for the fixed asset.
Depreciation method	The depreciation method used for the fixed asset.
Depreciation subgroup	The identification of the depreciation subgroup for the fixed asset.
Reason code	The reason code for the change in service life or depreciation factor.
Reason comment	The description of the reason for the transaction.
Created date and time	The date and time when the transaction was performed.
Created by	The login ID of the employee who created the transaction.
