(RUS) By-product journal lines (form)

Click Production control > Journals > By-product. Click Lines.

Use this form to register by-products that are generated during production.

The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.

View information about financial dimensions, such as the default dimensions and where the dimensions are used in by-product journals.

View information about product dimensions, such as the dimensions that are used by the by-product item.

Validate

Open the Check journal %1 form, where you can validate the journal.

Post

Open the Post journal %1. form, where you can post the journal.

Log

View errors that were found when the journal lines were validated or posted.

Functions

Open a menu that contains the following items:

  • Create lines – Open the By-product form, where you can create a new line in a by-product journal.

  • Create cancellation – Open the Cancellation of by-product journal form, where you can cancel a journal line.

  • Delete journal lines – Open the Delete journal lines form, where you can delete a journal line.

Inventory

Open a menu that contains the following items:

  • Transactions – Open the Inventory transactions form, where you can view inventory transactions.

  • Lot – Open the Lot form, where you can view receipt transactions and issue transactions for the same lot number.

  • On-hand – Open the On-hand form, where you can view on-hand inventory for the item.

  • Trace – Open the Trace inventory dimensions form, where you can track inventory dimensions.

  • Registration – Open the Registration form, where you can register inventory receipts.

  • Dimensions display – Open the Dimensions display form, where you can select the inventory dimensions.

Date

The date when the item is received.

Production

The production order number that the by-product is generated for.

Kind of by-product

The identification code for the by-product type.

Item number

Select the item number for the by-product.

Unit quantity

The by-product quantity that is generated during production.

Unit

The unit of measure for the returned quantity.

Dimension No.

The number of product and storage dimensions for the by-product.

Lot ID

The lot number.

Scrap lot ID

The identification number of the scrap lot.

Oper. No.

The route operation number.

Log

The number of the information log.

By-product journal

The by-product journal code.

Line number

The line number for the selected transaction.

Storno (physical)

Select this check box to create and post storno transactions.

Voucher

The voucher number for the transaction.

Dimension

Select the dimension value for the selected by-product.

Cost Center

Select a cost center dimension for the by-product.

Department

Select a department dimension for the by-product.

Expense Purpose

Select an expense purpose dimension for the by-product.

Configuration

The name of the configuration for the by-product. The purpose of the configuration is to distinguish a series of possible product variants by means of the product dimensions, so that the product dimension group for a product variant always has at least one active dimension.

Size

The size of the by-product.

Color

The color of the by-product.

Site

The site number of the by-product. A site is a grouping of business resources, such as warehouses and production facilities, that share interrelated transactions and are located at a particular geographic location.

Warehouse

The warehouse in which the by-product is stored.

Inventory profile

The inventory profile of the by-product.

Owner

The owner of the by-products that are stored in the warehouse.

Batch number

The batch number dimension for the item.

Location

The location in the warehouse where the by-products are stored.

Pallet ID

The identification number of the pallet that is assigned to the item.

Serial number

The serial number of the item.

GTD number

The identification number of the customs declaration that is assigned to the by-product. The customs declaration number is known as the GTD number.
