(LVA) Post and print an inventory reclassification document

Use the Inventory movement form to print an inventory reclassification document.

Click Inventory management > Journals > Item transactions > Transfer.
Press CTRL+N to create a new line.
In the Name field, select the journal name.
Click Lines to open the Journal lines, Inventory form.
In the Item number field, select the item number of the inventory item that is to be posted.
In the From configuration field, select the configuration that the goods are being moved from.
In the To configuration field, select the configuration that the goods are being moved to.
In the From warehouse field, select the warehouse that the goods are being moved from.
In the To warehouse field, select the warehouse that the goods are being moved to.
Click Post to open the Post journal dialog box.
Click OK to post the journal.
Close the Journal lines, Inventory form.
In the Transfer form, click Print and then select Inventory movement.
In the Journal lines, Inventory form, select the code of the commission employee who approves the inventory journal in the Commission employee names field group.

Note

You can select up to four commission employee codes, if needed.
In the Reason of document field, enter the reason for the movement of goods.
Click OK to print the report.
