RAssetProposal::performInitialization_Server Method [AX 2012]

Performs some of the initialization of the rasset proposal on the server.

• _rAssetProposal
  Type: RAssetProposal Class
  The rasset proposal to perform the initialization on.

• _journalNum
  Type: LedgerJournalId Extended Data Type
  The journal number that is used by the proposal.
