Maintain versions (form)

Applies To: Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2

Click Human resources > Common > Workers > Workers. Select a worker and click Personal information, and then click Benefits. Highlight a benefit and click Maintain versions.

Use this form to enter individual worker enrollment periods for a benefit.

This topic includes information about features that were added or changed for Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2. This information also applies to AX 2012 R3. See the section later in this topic.

The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.

The controls in this table are not available in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2 or AX 2012 R3.

Description

Enrollment start

The first day that the worker was or will be enrolled in the benefit. This date must be later than or equal to:

  • The Effective date of the benefit plan in the Benefits form.

  • The Employment start date in the Worker form. This is located in the Duration section on the Employment tab.

Enrollment end

The last day that the worker was or will be enrolled in the benefit. This must be earlier than or equal to:

  • The Expiration date of the benefit plan in the Benefits form.

  • The Employment end date in the Worker form. This is located in the Duration section on the Employment tab.

New or changed for Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2

Note

If the Payroll - USA configuration key is selected, additional fields may be available. These fields are used to maintain benefit rates and other payroll information that is related to the worker enrollment. For more information about the fields, see Benefits (form) or Maintain benefits (form).
