Resource competencies (form)

Applies To: Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2

Click Project management and accounting > Common > Projects > All projects. Select or open a project. On the Action Pane, on the Plan tab, in the Activities group, click Assign resources. On the Resources FastTab, select a worker, and then click Resource competencies.

Use this form to view the competencies that have been assigned to a worker’s profile in Human resources.

Navigating the form

The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.

Tabs

Tab	Description
Skills	View a list of the selected worker’s skills.
Project experience	View a list of the selected worker’s project experience qualifications.
Certifications	View a list of the selected worker’s certifications.
Education	View a list of the selected worker’s educational qualifications.
Other worker attributes	View a list of other attributes that have been assigned to the worker.

Fields

Field	Description
Skill	View the identifier of a skill that has been assigned to the worker. Click the skill ID to view a full description of the skill in the Skills form.
Level date	View the date the skill was achieved.
Experience	View details of the skill that have been entered for the worker.
Project ID	View the identifier of a project that the worker has been assigned to in the past.
Project name	View the name of a project that the worker has been assigned to in the past.
Role	View the role that the worker has served on a project in the past.
Certificate type	View the type of certification, such as a Microsoft certificate or other professional certification, that the worker holds.
Education	View the type of education credential that the worker has earned.
Description	View details that have been provided concerning the worker’s education credentials.
Attribute group	View the attribute group that includes the additional skills that have been assigned to the worker.
Attribute ID	View the identifier of the attribute in the attribute group that the worker possesses.
