Click Procurement and sourcing > Common > Requests for quotations > Request for quotation replies. Double-click a quotation reply.

Click Procurement and sourcing > Common > Requests for quotations > Request for quotation replies. Double-click a quotation reply. Click the Purchase quotation lines FastTab, select a quotation line, and then click Details.

Click Procurement and sourcing > Common > Requests for quotations > All requests for quotations. Select or create a request for quotation (RFQ), and then click Enter reply.

Click Procurement and sourcing > Common > Requests for quotations > All requests for quotations. Select or create an RFQ, and then click Enter reply. Click the Purchase quotation lines FastTab, select a quotation line, and then click Details.

Use this form to register replies to an RFQ from vendors, and to accept, reject, or return the replies. You can also specify the fiscal information for a reply. When you create a purchase order from an accepted RFQ reply, the fiscal information from the reply is updated in the purchase order.

Fiscal information

Update the fiscal information for the reply.

Description

CFOP

Enter the Código Fiscal de Operações e Prestações (CFOP) code for the quotation line. You can select the CFOP code based on the order type, operation type, location of the fiscal establishment, and location of the vendor.

Service code

The fiscal classification code that is applied to the service.

Operation type

Select the identification code of the operation type for the reply.

Use and consumption

Select this check box to indicate that the purchase is for consumption.

Service on delivery address

Select this check box to use service codes and Instituto Brasileiro de Geografia e Estatistica (IBGE) codes based on the city of the delivery address.
