(RUS) Inventory profile - posting profile (form)

Click Inventory management > Setup > Posting > Inventory profile - posting profile.

Use this form to set up the customer and vendor posting profiles.

Task that use this form

The following table provides descriptions for the controls in this form.

Field	Description
Inventory profile relation	Enter the inventory profile relation as Profile, Type, or All.
Kind of activity	Select the kind of activity of the profile, from the following options: Unspecified – No profile activity is specified for items. Basic – Sell or purchase items without any limits. Commission agent – The commission agent sells items in his or her name on behalf of the company (principal). The commission agent receives a commission in exchange for selling the items, and is responsible for the price calculations for the end customers. Principal's agent – The agent of the company (principal) sells items that belong to the company, and is not responsible for the calculations that are performed for the end customers. Bailee – The bailee receives items for storage purposes but does not have proprietary rights to the items. Note The options for the kind of activity are available when you select Type in the Inventory profile relation field.
Inventory profile	Select the inventory profile, if the inventory profile relation is set to Profile.
Vendor posting profile	Select the vendor posting profile for the selected inventory profile.
Customer posting profile	Select the customer posting profile for the selected inventory profile.
