The tax transfer transaction is the transaction that represents the liability or asset accounting that was configured at the customer or vendor posting profile in order to get the tax transfer offset ledger transactions.
This method uses the account that is defined in the TaxFiscalDocument_BR.LedgerAccountOffset field.
