EmplAdvTable_RU::checkAdvReportBudget Method
Performs a budget check for all lines of the advance report that is identified by the _advanceId parameter.

The unique identification code of the advance report.
Remarks
This method checks whether budgetary control is enabled for the advance report source document and performs a check only if it is enabled.
