Sequence item (form)

Click Master planning > Setup > Sequencing > Sequence value.

Use this form to assign a sequence identification (ID) code and value to an item, an item group, or all items.

Task that uses this form

The following table provides descriptions for the controls in this form.

Field	Description
Sequence ID	Enter the ID code you want to use as a sequence ID for a product that is used for sorting.
Item code	Select one of the following options to indicate whether this sequence ID is related to an item, an item group, or all items: Table ─ Assign the sequence ID to a specified item. If you select this option, you can then select the ID code for the item in the Item relation field. Group ─ Assign the sequence ID to a specified item group. If you select this option, you can then select the ID code for an item group in the Item relation field. All ─ Assign the sequence ID to all items. If you select this option, the Item relation field is not available.
Item relation	Select the related item or item group that you want to associate with the sequence ID of a specified product. Note This field is available only if you select either Table or Group in the Item code field.
Value	Select the numeric value that you want to assign to a sequence ID for a specified product.
