Click Accounts payable > Periodic > Account payable counting. Click OK to open the Account payable counting lines form. Click Print > Counting act (INV-17) or Print > Certificate (Appendix to INV-17) to open the Print Counting act form.

Click Accounts receivable > Periodic > Account receivable counting. Click OK to open the Account receivable counting lines form. Click Print > Counting act (INV-17) or Print > Certificate (Appendix to INV-17) to open the Print Counting act form.

Use this form to print the Counting act (INV-17) and Certificate (Appendix to INV-17) reports.

Enter the identification number of the document for which you are printing the reports.

Position

Select the position title of the official that is printed in the report.

Title

Select the job title of the official.

Employee name

Select the name of the official from the list of employees in the company.
