(RUS) Deferrals counting journal (form) [AX 2012]

Click General ledger > Periodic > Deferrals > Deferrals counting journal.

Use this form to create a new deferrals counting journal and to print the Inventory act (INV-11) report.

The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.

Create a new deferrals counting journal.

NoteNote

You cannot create more than one deferrals counting journal with the same counting date.

Specify the names, positions, and titles of the officials.

Description

Lines

Open the Deferrals counting journal line form, where you can create new journal lines.

Close

Open the End deferrals counting form, and enter the date to close the journal in the Counting end date field. The date that you indicate is displayed in the Counting end date field in the Deferrals counting journal form.

NoteNote

You cannot close the journal if journal lines are not created.

Print

Open the Deferrals counting form, and print the Inventory act report by using the Microsoft Excel template for the selected model number.

Field

Description

Show

Indicate which vouchers or journals to display, based on the posting status, from the following options:

  • All – All journals.

  • Open – Journals that are not posted.

  • Posted – Journals that are posted.

Journal batch number

The deferral journal number.

Name

Select the journal name with a journal type of Deferrals.

Resolution number

Enter the resolution number for the counting journal.

Resolution date

Select the resolution date for the counting journal.

Counting start date

Select the starting date of the deferrals counting period.

NoteNote

This field displays the current date by default.

Counting end date

The ending date of the deferrals counting period.

Closed

This check box is automatically selected when the deferral counting is completed and the journal is closed.

Position

Select the position title of the official.

Employee name

Select the name of the official from the list of company employees.

Title

Select the job title of the employee.
