Use this form to create a sales book.

Tasks that use this form

The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.

Tab	Description
Overview	View information about the sales book number, name, date of update, and closing.
General	Update the sales book details.
Error log	View the error logs.

Button	Description
Lines	Open the Sales book lines form, where you can update sales books lines.
Functions	Open a menu that contains the following items: Update – Recalculate and update all of the lines of an open sales book. Transform to prepayment – Open the Unsettled payments form, where you can change a payment into a prepayment. Export fine calculation – Open the Fine calculation form, where you can calculate the fines for overdue factures.
Totals	Open the Totals form, where you can view the total amount for the selected sales book.
Print	Open a menu that contains the following items: Sales book – Print the sales book by using Microsoft Excel. Print additional list – Print an additional list for the sales book.

Field	Description
Code	The sales book identification code.
Name	Enter the sales book name.
Date of update	The date of the last update that was made to the sales book.
Closed date	The closing date for the sales book.
Taxation type	The taxation type for the customer.
