Click General ledger > Reports > External > Electronic documents list. Click Send > Identifiers.

Use this form to view identification information about the exported electronic documents.

Navigating the form

The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.

Button	Description
Send document	Open the Send electronic document form, where you can export the electronic documents.
View log	Open the Electronic document send journal form, where you can view all error logs, success logs, and other information logs about exported electronic documents in the log journal.
Update status	Update the status of the current electronic document.

Field	Description
Source document	The identification number of the electronic document that you have created in the Documents form.
Document ID	The new identification number of the electronic document.
Send status	The status of the electronic document.
