(RUS) Journal lines of write-off on condition (form)

Applies To: Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2

Click Fixed assets (Russia) > Journals > Periodic journals > Writing off on condition. Create a new journal line or select an existing journal line, and then click Lines. In the Writing off by lifetime journal lines creation form, click OK.

Use this form to view journal lines when writing off fixed assets at the end of their lifetime.

The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.

Writing off date

The journal date for the write-off transactions.

Journal number

The journal number for the write-off transactions.

FA inventory number

The fixed asset inventory number.

Account name

The fixed asset account name.

Status

The status of the fixed asset.

Value model

The identification code of the fixed asset value model.

Name

The name of the fixed asset value model.

Depreciation group

The identification code of the depreciation group.

Depreciation subgroup

The identification code of the depreciation subgroup.

Depreciation start date

The date from which the asset begins to depreciate.

Lifetime

The lifetime of the fixed asset.

Initial cost

The cost to put the fixed asset into operation. This includes the revaluation cost of the fixed asset.

Net book value

The net book value of the fixed asset.

Posting profile

The posting profile for the write-off transaction.

Valid for

The level of grouping for which the posting profile is valid. The grouping level may be one of the following:

  • All – The posting profile is valid for all fixed assets.

  • Table – The posting profile is valid for the single fixed asset.

  • Group – The posting profile is valid for a depreciation group.

  • Accounting – The posting profile is valid for a value model.

FA relation

The fixed asset number or the fixed asset group number.

Amount to post

The amount to post for the selected journal line.
