(RUS) Tax registers (form) [AX 2012]

Click General ledger > Setup > Profit tax > Registers.

Use this form to create tax registers.

The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.

Choose the fields to exclude from the register.

Update parameters for the selected register type.

Button

Description

Expense codes

Open the Expense code setup form, where you can set up expense and income codes.

Tree

View the hierarchy of registers in a tree structure.

Wizard

Open the Tax register creation wizard form, where you can create registers.

Specific

Open the Expense code setup form, where you can set up parameters for the expense code to use for the selected register, or open the Debt interval or Standard expenses sequence form, where you can set up debt intervals or standard expense sequences for the register.

NoteNote

This button is available only for specific registers. The Expense code setup, Debt interval, or Standard expenses sequence form opens, depending on the type of register that is selected in the Register type field. For example, if you select Accounts receivable inventory act in the Register type field and click the Specific button, the Debt interval form opens.

Field

Description

Register type

Select a tax register type. For example, to set up a tax register for warehoused items, select Warehoused items.

Register code

Enter an identification code for the tax register.

Register name

Enter a name for the tax register.

Period types

Select the period that the register is generated for, from the following options:

  • Months – The register is generated for a month.

  • Quarter – The register is generated for a quarter.

  • Half-Yearly – The register is generated for a half year.

  • Years – The register is generated for a calendar year.

  • Nine months – The register is generated for a period of nine months.

Exclude

Select this check box to exclude the tax register from the newly created tax register journal.

Value

Specify parameter values that are used to calculate the selected register.

Depreciation groups

Select the depreciation group to calculate depreciation for the fixed asset in the selected tax register.

Type of fixed asset.

Select the type of the fixed asset in the selected tax register.
