Click Accounts receivable > Common > Sales orders > All sales orders. Select or create a sales order. On the Action Pane, click the Invoice tab, and then click Invoice.

Click Accounts receivable > Common > Sales orders > All sales orders. Select or create a sales order. On the Action Pane, click the Pick and pack tab, and then click Packing slip.

Click Accounts receivable > Common > Sales orders > All sales orders. Select or create a sales order. On the Action Pane, click the Pick and pack tab, and then click Delivery slip.

–or–

Click Sales and marketing > Common > Sales orders > All sales orders. Select or create a sales order. On the Action Pane, click the Invoice tab, and then click Invoice.

–or–

Click Sales and marketing > Common > Sales orders > All sales orders. Select or create a sales order. On the Action Pane, click the Pick and pack tab, and then click Packing slip.

Click Sales and marketing > Common > Sales orders > All sales orders. Select or create a sales order. On the Action Pane, click the Pick and pack tab, and then click Delivery slip.

Use this form to post or print a sales order. You can post or print quotations, order confirmations, picking lists, packing slips, and invoices.

Select packing slip

Select packing slips or delivery slips to associate them with the invoices.

Note

This button is available only if you select Packing slip in the Quantity field on the Parameters tab.

Fiscal reference

Open the Fiscal reference form, where you can add fiscal references to the sales order that you are posting.

Note

This button is available on the Setup tab in the lower pane.

Fields

Field

Description

Carrier name

Select the name of the carrier.

Freight charge terms

Select one of the following options to indicate the type of freight charge terms:

  • Prepaid – The freight charge is paid in advance.

  • Collect – The freight charge is paid when the items are received.

  • Third party – The freight charge is paid by the third party that provides the delivery services.

  • No freight – There is no freight charge.

Vehicle number

Enter the transport vehicle number.

State registered

Enter the state where the transport vehicle is registered.

Volume quantity

Enter the volume quantity for the fiscal document.

Note

This field is available only when you post a packing slip.

Volume type

Enter the volume type for the fiscal document.

Note

This field is available only when you post a packing slip.

Document model

When you generate a fiscal document, the field is updated with the document model that you specify for the fiscal document type in the Document model field in the Fiscal document types form. When you receive a fiscal document, select the document model of the fiscal document. Before you can receive a fiscal document by using a sales return, you must clear the Generate incoming fiscal document check box on the Fiscal information FastTab in the Customers form.

Note

If the Is for NF-e (federal) check box is selected for the document model in the Document model form, the Access key field is available, and the Fiscal document number and Series fields are not available.

Access key

Enter the access key for the electronic fiscal document.

Note

This field is available only when the following conditions are met:

  • You receive a fiscal document.

  • You select a document model in the Document model field, and the Is for NF-e (federal) check box is selected for the document model in the Document model form.

Fiscal document number

When you generate a fiscal document, the number is generated based on the number sequence that you select for the fiscal document type in the Fiscal document number sequence field in the Fiscal document types form. When you receive a fiscal document, enter the number of the fiscal document.

Note

This field is available only when the following conditions are met:

  • You receive a fiscal document.

  • You select a document model in the Document model field, and the Is for NF-e (federal) check box is not selected for the document model in the Document model form.

Series

When you generate a fiscal document, the field is updated with the series that you select for the fiscal document type in the Series field in the Fiscal document types form. When you receive a fiscal document, enter the series for the fiscal document.

Note

This field is available only when the following conditions are met:

  • You receive a fiscal document.

  • You select a document model in the Document model field, and the Is for NF-e (federal) check box is not selected for the document model in the Document model form.

Specie

When you generate a fiscal document, the field is updated with the specie that you specify for the fiscal document type in the Specie field in the Fiscal document types form. When receiving a fiscal document, enter the specie for the fiscal document.
