(EEUR) Sales orders (modified form) [AX 2012]

Click Sales and marketing > Common > Sales orders > All sales orders. To open an existing sales order, double-click the sales order. To create a new sales order, on the Action Pane, on the Sales order tab, click Sales order.

Click Accounts receivable > Common > Sales orders > All sales orders. To open an existing sales order, double-click the sales order. To create a new sales order, on the Action Pane, on the Sales order tab, click Sales order.

Use this form to create, maintain, and inquire about sales orders.

Field

Description

Primary company bank account

Select the primary bank account for the company.

Bank code for additional currency

Select the bank account that the legal entity will use for additional currency.

Customer bank account

Select the customer's bank account number.

Reason code

The reason code for the credit note.

Reason comment

The description of the credit note.

Invoice number

The original invoice number.

This field is only available when there is a credit note created for the selected sales order.

Item number

The item that is returned.

Product name

The name of the product on the credit note.

Sales category

The sales category of the original invoice.

The quantity on the original sales order.

The unit price of the item on the sales order.

The amount of the credit note.
