(IND) Indirect tax inquiry (form)

Applies To: Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2

Click General ledger > Inquiries > Tax > India posted tax > Indirect tax.

Use this form to list the transactions that indirect taxes have been calculated for and to list the transactions related to queried taxes.

Navigating the form

The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.

Button	Description
Modify	Modify, save, or delete the current query.
Inquiry	Open the Inquiry form to create or update the query. Note For more information, see "Inquiry (form)" in the Applications and Business Processes Help.
Top	Move the selected field to the top.
>	Add items from the Available to the Selected list.
<	Remove items from the Selected list.
Up	Move the selected field up.
Down	Move the selected field down.
Bottom	Move the selected field to the bottom.
Total	Open the Total form to select the amount-related fields that are to be totaled. Only the amount-related fields that are in the Selected list can be added in this form.
Reset	Reset the query to undo the changes that you made.

Field	Description
Select query	Select the query to modify.
From date	Select the starting date of the settlement period to display transactions for.
To date	Select the ending date of the settlement period to display transactions for.
Available	A list of fields that you can include in the query.
Selected	The fields that are moved from the Available list. The following fields are displayed by default: Amount origin Tax amount Tax code Voucher Date Tax type
Header note	Select this check box to activate the Header note text field, and then enter the description of the header note.
Footer note	Select this check box to activate the Footer note text field, and then enter the description of the footer note.
