Click General ledger > Periodic > Deferrals > Writing off factor calculation.

Use this form to generate the deferral write-off factor.

Navigating the form

The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.

Button	Description
Sequences	Open the Writing off factor calculation form, where you can view the sequences for the deferral write-off factor calculation.
Factors	Open the Factors for deferrals writing off form, where you can enter the deferral write-off factors.

Field	Description
Period types	Select Months as the period type.
Start date	Select the starting date of the calculation period.
End date	The ending date of the calculation period. Note This field is updated based on the period type that is selected in the Period types field.
Calculated	A selected check box indicates that the status of the current deferral write-off factor is Calculated.
Modified date and time	The date and time when the calculation was last modified.
Modified by	The identification code of the user who performed the calculation.
