View Microsoft Dynamics reports with Business Analyzer
The Microsoft Dynamics reports that you selected to display when you configured Business Analyzer are displayed on your Business Analyzer home screen. To view a report, tap or click the report. For each report, you can select from the available app commands to perform additional tasks.
To access app commands, do one of the following:
With touch, swipe from the bottom edge or down from the top edge, and then tap the command that you want.
With a mouse, right-click in the application, and then click the command that you want.
The following table describes the commands that are available when you view a report.

Return to the Business Analyzer home screen. |
Add Reports by Role |
Add the default reports for a specific role to your Business Analyzer home screen. |

Add specific reports to your Business Analyzer home screen. |

View the following information:
Note
For Microsoft Dynamics AX reports, the company name is not displayed. For Microsoft Dynamics SL reports, the database name is displayed instead of the company name.

Copy |
Copy the report image so that you can paste it into another application. For example, to email a report to a colleague, you can copy the report image and then paste the image into an email. |
View |
View the report in a web browser. |
Edit |
Open the Report Builder application, where you can modify the selected report.

This command is not available for Microsoft Dynamics AX reports.

Refresh |

Lync |
Open the Microsoft Lync application for Windows 8. To use this command, you must first install the Microsoft Lync application for Windows 8. |
Date |
Enter a date to view data in the report for.
Note
This command is available only for reports that were designed to include a date parameter. This command is not available for Microsoft Dynamics AX reports.

Company |
Select the companies to view data in the report for.

This command is not available for Microsoft Dynamics AX reports.
